Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter (commission-based). The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates by using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media networks, and employee referrals. Key responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and managing the offer process. The recruiter will also ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Existing CEI Certification
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various methods
• Screening candidates and conducting interviews
• Collaborating with hiring managers and managing the offer process
• Maintaining positive relationships with candidates and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
