Recruitment Consultants (Freelance)

Location: Singapore (Remote/Hybrid)

Note: This is a freelance, commission-based role. You will be remunerated per successful placement. Expected earnings range between SGD 1,000 - 4,000/month depending on performance and number of successful hires.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates according to client requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate database and provide timely updates to the team

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Access to recruitment platforms or professional networks will be an advantage
