You need to work with QA/QC to ensure product quality and compliance with GMP and internal standards.
Able to support root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure production documentation (batch logs, yield reports, etc.) is accurate and audit-ready.
You need to monitor equipment performance and initiate preventive maintenance schedules.
Able to support the evaluation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery or system enhancements.
Able to support production supervisors in assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
Able to assist in training operators and technicians on automation systems and new production processes.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose process improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and manual dependency.
Able to lead or support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and digitalization initiatives across the production floor.
Propose and drive automation or system upgrades aligned with long-term operational goals.
You need to monitor raw materials, packaging, and WIP inventory to ensure timely replenishment and avoid production delays.
Able to coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams for smooth material flow and dispatch readiness.
Promote safety practices across the production area and participate in regular safety drills and audits.
Able to support contingency planning for production disruptions and ensure all activities comply with safety standards.
Job Requirements:
You must have a Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in production operations and automation engineering, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, food, or chemical manufacturing.
You must have a strong knowledge of GMP, 5S, and production process flows.
Hands-on experience with automation systems.
You must have a solid understanding of fragrance compounding, blending, and filling processes is a strong plus.
You must have an excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related software (ERP, MES) CAD skills and data analysis are a plus.
Willing to work on-site and supervise on the production floor.
