Job Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee respective production schedule in order to ensure smooth daily operations in the designated section
- Produce and maintain the quality of production and on-time delivery of products with minimal material loss.
- Review work procedures and recommend any corrective measures, solutions, improvements whenever necessary
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs with QA department
- Monitor, track inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to ensure monthly stock take accuracy, and make sure stock availability at all times.
- Ensure the hygiene standards of the designated section in compliance with all in-house and Food Hygiene related laws and regulations of the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
- Manage manpower planning to ensure smooth daily production
- Reports equipment maintenance and any workplace safety related concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience in food manufacturing industry
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership skills to manage a team
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ISO22000 or HACCP would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
