Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day production activities in a CNC machining environment
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production workflows to meet delivery timelines
- Supervise and support CNC operators and technicians
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Monitor machine utilization and production output, identifying areas for improvement
- Liaise with engineering, QA, and sales departments on job requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in precision engineering, ideally in the semiconductor industry
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Proven experience in production planning and team supervision
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles is a plus
