FP&A Manager / Senior FP&A Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to join our finance team during an exciting period of growth as we prepare for an IPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while ensuring strong governance and reporting standards aligned with U.S. (preferred) or Hong Kong listing requirements. This is a critical role providing strategic insights to senior leadership and supporting investor readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Prepare IPO-related financial models, prospectus inputs, and investor presentation materials.
• Provide in-depth variance analysis, business performance reviews, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
• Partner with business units to evaluate new initiatives, capex, and investment opportunities.
• Establish reporting frameworks and internal controls aligned with SOX (for U.S.) or HKEX requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors, advisors, and underwriters during IPO readiness activities.
• Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and senior management requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with strong background from a Big 4 accounting firm and subsequent FP&A or corporate finance role.
• Proven experience in IPO preparation and reporting U.S. listing experience , Hong Kong listing would be highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
