Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders in Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Product to help drive strategic initiatives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments, translating complex data into actionable insights and high-impact recommendations.
- Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust tools, dashboards, and data infrastructure to clearly communicate spending and performance to a wide range of audiences.
- Design and implement effective governance processes to manage financial expenditures and mitigate risk.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical field such as business analytics, quantitative marketing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management consulting, or investment banking.
- In-depth experience with data analysis, report creation, and database querying (e.g., SQL).
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic business insights and effectively present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Hands-on experience with statistical methods and tools (e.g., R) for forecasting and impact measurement.
