Food Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily production activities according to the production schedule.
• Supervise and lead the production team to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor workflow, allocate manpower, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and food hygiene standards at all times.
• Report production performance, challenges, and progress to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety practices preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
