Responsible for daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of production lines
Conduct innovative production and material resource planning studies to discover doable ways to improve the efficiency of production productivity and cost-saving expectations
Execute the development and production of new products
Account for production objectives and implement action plans for achieving management targets
Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established food safety & hygiene procedures and standards
Responsible for machinery, inventory and other equipment within the production area.
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of machinery within production area, in tight cooperation with maintenance department.
Manpower planning, training and development to uphold food production expertise and professionalism
Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to comply with personal health and safety requirements
Create optimal work shifts to maximise food production operations management
Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum ambience conditions
Ensure all company regulations governed ISO Standard and SFA requirements are duly adhered to
Responsible for Pest Control management for Production
Requirement:
Good knowledge of meat and familiar with meat production
Good knowledge of manpower planning
Responsible for cost-cutting management
Candidates must have good knowledge of ISO standard
Candidates with experiences in food manufacturing production will be preferred
Strong leadership skills in directing and coordinating the activities of food production employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
Good time-management skills to achieve production targets within set timeframe
Decisive and resourceful to take on production operational management challenges with high emotional quotient capabilities
