Prepare, process, and pack fish and seafood products in the production area, or work in the hot kitchen (cold room 15-18C or hot kitchen, depending on department assignment).
Ensure products are handled and packed according to company quality and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the work area.
Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures at all times.
Assist with other production tasks and support team members as required.
Requirements:
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Physically fit, able to lift heavy items and stand for long hours.
Comfortable working in both cold room (15-18C) and hot kitchen environments.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including Saturdays.
Prior experience in food handling or production is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided).
