Day-to-day responsibilities as food processing worker:
- Bake cakes and pastries (including, in particular, buttercream cakes) without supervision.
- Decorate customised cakes in accordance with customers requests and Head Pastry Chef's instructions.
- Mould fondant decorations in accordance with customers orders independently.
Our ideal candidate:
- At least 1 years experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
- At least 1 years experience decorating customised cakes, including handling of fondant.
- Good attention to detail.
