The Food Processing Worker supports daily meat production by operating equipment, preparing and packing products and maintaining strict hygiene standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate machinery to process and portion meat products according to specifications.
- Pack, label and verify product weights and expiry dates accurately.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in all work areas.
- Assist in marination, cutting and preparation of meat items.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chilled and frozen products.
- Support team in daily production targets and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in cold environments.
- Able to read and understand basic English for safety and labelling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
