Description
This is a part-time/temporary job position for Mooncake Project (Ending on 6 October 2025).
The Food Preparer will be assist in the production of Salted Egg Yolks.
Working Hours/Days
7 days work week (8am-5pm) with occassional overtime.
Location
Working location: Jurong West
Job Responsibilites (Will be assigned to 1 station at a time)
- Take out Salted Eggs from carton boxes, remove packaging and prepare them for cracking (Station A)
- Operate Salted Egg Cracking Machine and discard Egg Shells (Station B)
- Washing of Salted Egg Yolks (Station C)
- Sorting of different sizes of Salted Egg Yolks and Packing (Station D)
Requirements
- Factory has strict standards of hygiene. Must maintain good hygiene of working area at all times (ALL STATIONS).
- Requirements
- Only Singaporeans / PR may apply.
- Ability to stand/sit in one spot during shifts and perform repetitive tasks like packing/sorting
- Has a sharp eye for bad produce and good hand-eye coordination
- Has good standard of cleanliness and good knowledge of food safety
