Work location: Changi Airport Terminal 3
Type of employment: full-time, roster based on Vietnam Airlines flight schedule. Immediate work commencement
SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000
Your primary duties include:
. Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent
. Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager's direction
. Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems
. Acting and/or forwarding passengers claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team
. Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month
. Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.
Our successful candidate must have full work right in Singapore and meet the below minimum requirements:
. The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport
. Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline's passenger and flight service an advantage
. Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus is an advantage
