- Handle enquiries about our services through multiple platforms.
- follow up closely to close the deal.
- Create bookings, manage schedules and reminder cleaners for upcoming jobs
- Follow up and send reminders on outstanding payments.
- Manage and solve Customer's complaints and feedback promptly.
- Support the operations in the daily activities.
