Customer Service Coordinator (West/ Logistic) JL18

• Location: Tukang (Company Bus pick up/ drop off at Jurong East MRT)
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6:30pm
• OT is expected
• Aircon warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

. GCE O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

. 1-3 years of working experience in logistics or customer service roles

. Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and warehouse operations preferred
