Finance Controller

Responsible for the full spectrum of finance operation including manufacturing, R&D and projects - Manufacturing industry, medical

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of accounting operations, including cost accounting and revenue recognition.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Manage the external audit process and maintain high-quality, compliant reporting standards.
• Maintain and enhance costing systems for manufacturing operations.
• Inventory management
• Partner with project teams to track profitability by comparing actual vs quoted costs.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Provide financial analysis on CAPEX investments and operational performance.
• Analyze cost variances to drive efficiency improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee insurance coverage, including product liability and business interruption.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance, ACCA, CA, CPA or relevant
• 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP systems and BI tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders.
