Job Description

Overview

Lead and oversee all financial control, accounting, and reporting functions for global data center operations. Ensure the integrity of financial data, robust internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards. Partner with leadership to provide accurate financial stewardship and support strategic decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Manage the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities and geographies.

Ensure rigorous financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/US GAAP) and investor requirements.

Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with reliable actuals data.

Lead external audit processes and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.

Oversee tax compliance and planning in coordination with external advisors.

Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.

Drive process improvements and system enhancements within the finance function to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 10+ years of progressive experience, including in a controllership or senior accounting role.

Proven experience within infrastructure, real estate, data centers, or other capital-intensive, PE-backed environments.

Deep technical expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, financial consolidation, and internal controls.

Strong experience managing the audit process and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Experience with multi-currency, multi-geography financial operations.

Proficiency in major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in both English and Chinese required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
