Our Clients are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their teams in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. This role offers an attractive salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Oversee the financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to provide strategic financial insights.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and cash flow projections.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor financial performance and advise on cost control measures.
Manage a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
10-15 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
