Job Summary
As Finance & Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our Singapore entity-managing financial reporting, supply chain, distributor accounts, and fulfilment across our global distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounts using Xero for Singapore operations and QuickBooks for the US operations
- Process invoicing and accounts receivable for all global distributors to maintain timely cash flow
- Oversee inventory management through iHub Logistics Singapore to ensure stock accuracy and availability
- Coordinate fulfilment activities with shippers and freight partners to guarantee on-time delivery
- Conduct profit and loss analysis and prepare monthly financial reports to inform business decisions
- Record bookkeeping entries and track expenses to maintain financial accuracy
- Ensure compliance with ACRA regulations by liaising with Sleek company secretary services
- Coordinate annual audits to support financial transparency and regulatory adherence
- Manage supply chain activities including factory restock coordination to maintain inventory levels
- Develop budgeting and forecasting models for marketing and project expenditures to support financial planning
- Communicate financial updates and reports to shareholders to maintain transparency
- Track distributor account balances and perform follow-up actions to ensure payment collection
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks accounting software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in supply chain or logistics coordination
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident status preferred
