Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to ensure financial stability
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements
• Lead annual audit, tax, and regulatory submissions and liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management
• Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of work
• Support business planning, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred
• Minimum [15] years of relevant experience, including managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
• Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in construction / manufacturing / SME environment
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal audits
