Senior Corporate Finance Manager / Director

Dimension AI Pte Ltd is seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Senior Corporate Finance Manager / Director to lead the company's corporate finance, strategic funding, and financial governance functions.

The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the existing finance department, strengthening financial controls, supporting regional business expansion, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors on strategic financing initiatives, investor engagement, capital structuring, and long-term growth planning.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong experience incorporate finance, investment structuring, banking relations, project financing, and high-growth technology or infrastructure environments such as AI, data centres, cloud, or digital infrastructure sectors.

Job Responsibilities

1. Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning

. Work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to develop and execute the company's corporate finance and funding strategies.

. Lead financial planning initiatives to support business expansion, mergers & acquisitions, infrastructure investments, and regional growth opportunities.

. Evaluate funding structures including debt financing, project financing, private equity, convertible instruments, and strategic investment opportunities.

. Develop financial models, IRR analysis, cash flow projections, valuation models, and investment papers for management and investors.

. Support negotiations with banks, financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.

. Assist in fundraising exercises, investor presentations, due diligence processes, and financial negotiations.

2. Finance Department Leadership & Oversight

. Supervise, review, and strengthen the work processes of the existing finance and accounting department.

. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

. Review financial controls, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and governance policies to improve operational efficiency and risk management.

. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial review processes.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.

3. Treasury & Funding Management

. Manage cash flow planning, treasury functions, and banking relationships.

. Monitor working capital requirements and optimise liquidity management strategies.

. Support trade finance activities, large-scale procurement financing, and regional cross-border transactions.

. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and corporate secretarial teams on financial matters.

4. Strategic Business Advisory

. Provide commercial and financial advisory support to the Board and management team on strategic business decisions.

. Participate in high-level discussions relating to partnerships, joint ventures, infrastructure investments, and market expansion.

. Develop financial risk mitigation strategies for regional projects and investments.

. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and financing opportunities relevant to AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud, and digital infrastructure sectors.

5. Any other Ad-hoc Assignments as required by the Company from time to time.

The CFO shall oversee and support the finance functions of the company and or its related associated entities.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.

. CPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.

. Minimum 8-15 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, project finance, private equity, or senior finance management roles.

. Prior experience in technology, AI, infrastructure, data centre, telecommunications, or high-growth industries will be highly advantageous.

. Strong experience in financial modelling, fundraising, investor management, and strategic planning.

. Proven ability to manage banking relationships and financing negotiations.

. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

. Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

. Ability to work closely with senior executives and Board members in a fast-paced environment.

. High level of commercial acumen, professionalism, and confidentiality.

. Experience handling large-scale infrastructure or technology financing projects.

. Familiarity with regional ASEAN business operations and cross-border financial structures.

. Experience in project financing, structured financing, or capital raising exercises.

. Exposure to AI infrastructure, GPU compute, cloud services, or data centre environments is an added advantage.
