Position Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, planning, and reporting. The role ensures financial integrity, regulatory compliance, effective cost control, and supports management in strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full sets of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders
- Review and approve payments, expenses, and financial transactions
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights
- Supervise and guide finance team members
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting management roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GST, CPF, and local statutory reporting (Singapore)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial automation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
