Job Title:Finance Manager
Position Summary:
We are looking for a digitally savvyFinance Managerto support and oversee core finance operations. The ideal candidate brings solid financial expertise, is familiar with digital tools like Power BI, and has a working understanding of how technologyincluding AIcan enhance financial reporting and decision-making. This role focuses on budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and assist in revenue and cost forecasting, using modern Excel models and AI-supported tools where applicable.
- Statutory Compliance & Audit Support:
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Data Consolidation & Financial Oversight:
- Assist in consolidating financial data across business units, including overseas entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group policies.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation, digitization, and workflow optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights that support operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a full set of accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamic Navision accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
