Job Description:
- Oversee full spectrum of finance and reporting using ERP system.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Manage, supervise, and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to drive performance and support growth
- Liaise directly with corporate secretariat and external auditors
- Drive process improvements and cost control initiative
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)
- Proven ability to lead daily financial operations hands-on, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a practical, action-oriented mindset
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management-ideally within the SME manufacturing sector
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
