Finance Manager, Venture Capital Fund (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is a Venture Capital Fund with good regional track record. Due to business growth, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly closing of the management group companies
• Prepare monthly consolidation of accounts, forecast cashflow and variance analysis on a timely basis
• Prepare intercompany invoicing/transactions, including counterpart's subsidiaries and affiliate and reimbursement of fund expenses on a quarterly basis
• Manage cost allocation and revenue recognition for different profit centres
• Responsible for compliance reporting for management group companies
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• In-charge of external audit and statutory reporting
• Process all vendor payments as well as maintain invoice tracker
• Maintain a proper record/database and filing system, and banking relations.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years experience in Asset Management Corporate Accounting
• Exposure in regional accounting (SG, HK, US etc.) is preferred
• Familiar with MAS reporting and other regulatory requirements
• Analytical and experienced with Accounting Software
