Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

. Financial Strategy & Management

. Oversee full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation.

. Develop financial strategies to support business growth in retail, e-commerce (Shopee, online platforms), and export sales.

. Manage treasury and working capital to ensure healthy cashflow.

. Financial Reporting & Compliance

. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government bodies (CPF, MOM, IRAS).

. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

. Strengthen internal controls, implement policies and SOPs to minimize risk.

. Review and improve accounting processes, including ERP system integration for finance, sales, and inventory.

. Support digital transformation projects, including automation of reporting and cost controls.

. Leadership & Business Partnering

. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

. Work closely with senior management and business units to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

. Partner with sales and operations teams to manage pricing, rebates, vendor financing, and cost efficiency.
