Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations and planning of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Primary responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing data-driven recommendations to inform business strategy. Additionally, the role entails the supervision of accounting tasks, cash flow management, and collaboration with other departments to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Cash Flow Management
• Strong Strategic Planning and Business Advisory abilities
• Proficiency with financial software, tools, and spreadsheet modeling
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a CPA or CFA designation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely with strong attention to detail
