Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. The Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, create and manage financial statements, perform analysis, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Additional responsibilities include providing strategic financial guidance, managing budgets, and supporting the organization's mission by aligning financial strategies with its sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance operations
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and ability to support decision-making through financial insights
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in non-profit or sustainability-focused organizations is advantageous
