Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for some work from home flexibility. The Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Responsibilities will include developing budgets, managing financial operations, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves compliance with financial regulations and delivering actionable recommendations to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and interpretation
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to derive data-driven insights
• Experience in Finance and Financial Reporting procedures
• Thorough understanding of compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and managing remote tasks effectively
• Background in non-profit or impact-driven organizations is an advantage
