Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts and month-end/year-end closing independently.

• Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

• Manage journal entries, reconciliations and accounting schedules.

• Handle Singapore GST, corporate tax, withholding tax and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial providers.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and variance analysis.

• Support SAP/ERP implementation, migration and system improvement projects.

• Improve accounting processes, internal controls and reporting efficiency.

• Work closely with management, regional teams and other departments.

• Provide extended-hours or weekend support when required during the finance transition period.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. ACCA, CPA or CA qualification is an advantage.

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting, closing and financial reporting.

• Good knowledge of SFRS, Singapore GST and corporate tax.

• Practical SAP experience is required.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.

• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently without support from direct reports.

• Experience in a multinational company or ERP project is preferred.
