Job Description

Finance Manager (Financial Reporting & FP&A)

A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the financial reporting and planning activities across a group of entities. The role will cover management and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, tax and compliance, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage financial and management reporting for a group of entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end closing.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly analytical reviews, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.

  • Lead the preparation of quarterly forecasts, monthly cash flow projections and annual budgets to support financial planning.

  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local statutory requirements.

  • Manage quarterly GST returns and annual tax submissions, working closely with tax agents where required.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including SGX and MAS reporting obligations.

  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, trustees, tax agents and external service providers on financial reporting, audit and compliance matters.

  • Support ad-hoc finance projects, process improvements and other assignments as required.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A degree in Accountancy, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • 5-6 years of relevant accounting and/or external audit experience in a similar position.

  • Strong knowledge of financial and management reporting, statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

  • Experience in a Real estate or Listed company environment would be advantageous.

  • A highly organised and meticulous individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
