FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including Month and end-year process such as - Accounts payable/receivable, Cash receipts, Payroll, Budgeting & Cash flow, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis, Bank reconciliations, GST filing, CPF submission, Income filing IR8A

2. Experience in preparing financial statements with Equity bridge, EBITDA calculations on monthly basis

3. Knowledge in developing financial analysis with working capital computation for management

4. In depth knowledge in cash flow analysis and budgeting for business development

5. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

6. Coordinate and complete annual audits

7. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction

8. Experience in handling Middle East and Philippines accounts will be added advantage (to manage our Subsidiary)

9. Knowledge of MYOB and KP Payroll software is mandatory

10. Experience in Marine, process and construction industries is preferred

Salary Range

Monthly Salary Range (SGD) - $4000 to $5600
