Role Summary
- 12-Months Renewable Contract
- Up to $9,000/month + 1-month bonus
- East (Mountbatten)
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries according to IFRS and company policies
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare statutory and management financial reports.
- Oversee AP and AR activities with the shared services teams.
- Monitor intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations.
- Provide financial advice to business stakeholders on operational matters and provide financial insight to support decision.
- Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange gain/loss recognition. Oversee trade finance instruments (letter of credit)
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis on revenue and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with GST, IRAS, ACRA, and Company Act requirements.
- Support Corporate tax computation and internal & external audits.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is an advantage
- 10-12 years of accounting and finance experience
- Experience in distribution, trading, or import/export businesses
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Exposure to regional reporting or multi-entity operations is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, and Singapore tax regulations
