Head & provide guidance to the team, oversee the operations and functions of Finance, Admin & HR
In-charge of Malaysia subsidiary's full set of accounts
Involve in the formulation and implementation of internal control policies and procedures to ensure its compliance within organization
Automate reporting processes to efficiently meet regulatory and business partner requirements
Manage monthly financial closing, budgeting, cash flow projection and forecasting
Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary
Ensure validity of business licences such as BCA Contractor Licence, BizSafe Licence, ISO-45K Certification and work on the respective renewals
Responsible for the procurement of project related insurance / bonds coverage
Take charge of the organization's digital platform (ERP system for SME & HRMS) constantly check, adjust and assess upgrading needs to meet operating requirement over time
Support departmental heads to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of systems across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience
Ability to delegate duties and lead
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred
Proficient with MS Office
Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
