Job Description:

1. Comprehensive Budgeting & Forecasting Management:
- Lead the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of the annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts, and monthly estimates to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor budget execution, identify variances, propose corrective actions, and support management decision-making.

2. Business Analysis & Support:
- Conduct monthly operational reviews to evaluate business performance, profitability, and cash flow, providing in-depth insights.
- Establish a monitoring system for key financial indicators to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

3. Integrated Treasury & Tax Management:
- Oversee corporate fund planning, liquidity management, and foreign exchange risk management to ensure capital safety and efficiency.
- Lead tax compliance efforts, including tax returns, tax planning, and maintaining local tax authority relationships.
- Manage local bookkeeping and financial statements, ensuring compliance with Group accounting standards and local regulations.

4. Internal Control & Compliance System Development:
- Develop and refine local financial internal control processes, identify business risks, and drive compliance remediation.
- Ensure business activities comply with Group internal control policies and Bangladeshi laws and regulations, and coordinate internal and external audits.

5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Manage the local finance team and enhance their professional capabilities.
- Collaborate with business, operations, human resources, and other departments to promote finance-oriented business collaboration and cultural integration.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are highly preferred.

2. Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, with preference for candidates having experience as a financial leader in overseas or emerging markets.
- Proficient in budget management, operational analysis, tax planning, treasury control, and internal control system development.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or as an expatriate in a multinational corporation is a strong plus.

3. Professional Skills:
- Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards.
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills proficient in ERP systems and office software.
- Practical experience with South Asian fiscal and tax regulations is preferred.

4. Soft Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business acumen, capable of effective collaboration with both local teams and headquarters.
- Highly adaptable, capable of working independently in an expatriate environment, and identify with the corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit.
