Description
- Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across group entities.
- Prepare company for M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration.
- Produce integrated cash flow models and support fundraising activities.
- Oversee operational finance: quotations, project monitoring, margin analysis, and cost interrogation.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and scenario modeling.
- Coordinate with external advisors on transaction-related matters.
- Implement and improve financial systems and controls to support scalability.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the oilfield services or energy sector
- Strong background in transaction readiness, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Experience with project-based operations, including margin analysis and cost control.
- Familiarity with consolidation accounting and multi-entity structures.
- Hands-on and proactive approach, comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work across geographies and functions.
