Redpath Partners has been mandated by an Asia REIT to source a Finance Manager for their Singapore office.
This individual will support:
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly consolidated financial reports, including KPIs, variance analyses, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors for efficient year-end closing, statutory filings, and compliance (e.g., audited financial statements, XBRL).
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Prepare budget and forecast, including cash flow projections and preparation of management reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support business forecasts and strategic decisions.
Strategic Financial Analysis & Investments
- Support the preparation of financial materials, including performance highlights, analysis, and commentary for reporting.
- Support corporate transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure timely GST and corporate tax filings: assist with tax planning and submissions.
- Oversea compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Internal and external stakeholders to provide financial inputs and assessments for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders across the Group
Ad-Hoc Projects
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent; CPA preferred.
- At least 8+ years in financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance ideally in the real estate / REIT sector or a related financial services industry.
- Auditing experience (Big 4 preferred), including exposure to transaction advisory (M&A, due diligence).
