About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, PO matching, and coordination with the shared services team to ensure accurate posting and complete documentation.
- Track and follow up on outstanding supplier invoices to ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the shared services centre to ensure timely submission and posting of invoices ahead of scheduled payment runs.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and maintenance, including documentation for preferred suppliers, system setup, and updates to the supplier list.
- Support the employee expense claim process by liaising with relevant stakeholders and conducting periodic audits of submitted claims.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in preparing delivery documentation for incoming shipments and intercompany sales, and coordinate with distributors and freight forwarders.
- Generate purchase orders and manage inventory entries in the system.
- Facilitate product disposal processes, including form preparation, distributor coordination, and system updates.
- Contribute to monthly demand forecasting activities.
- Assist in preparing customer quotations and processing return credit notes or sample requests through distributors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance & Logistic Executive (Contracting) should have:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, and/or Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- An ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
