- Provide accurate and timely claims information to customers, intermediaries, and internal teams
- Respond to enquiries via correspondence and phone, ensuring quality service delivery
- Review claim files, including reserve setting and monitoring of recoveries
- Administer motor claims in accordance with internal guidelines
- Offer feedback to internal stakeholders to improve claims handling
- Participate in system user testing for new products and system enhancements
- Support claims efficiency initiatives and process improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform other duties as assigned
