Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play
This position's primary responsibility is to assist in financial closing matters to management including monthly, year-end and any other ad-hoc reporting as required. This position's primary responsibilities include:

  • Timely reporting of latest manpower revenue figures. This includes: I. Timely recording and tracking of latest non-manpower revenue figures to ensure accuracy and completeness. II. Breakdown of revenue figures by various details, such as by ad hoc and contractual types, by projects codes and by business segments. III. Analysis of actual revenue performance on a month-to-month basis. This includes the commentary to explain the flux and variances. IV. Following up and updating the project status by liaising with other departments and stakeholders.
  • To prepare intercompany and related company reconciliations and reports for AETOS group consolidation and reporting
  • To prepare and maintain assets-related ledgers in the balance sheets of manpower business entities and inventory schedules for all the entities.
  • To handle related inventory transactions and matters.
  • To prepare quarterly GST filing and tax matters
  • To assist with audit queries and matters where applicable
  • To embark on work improvement initiatives continuously together with other teams
  • Any other tasks assigned by management


What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Familiar with SFRS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
  • Strong work ethics including attention to detail, analytical skill, meticulous and resourceful with positive work attitude
  • Effective team player and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
