We're looking for meticulous and motivated individuals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and making sure everything balances perfectly. In this role, you'll get hands-on exposure to real business operations - from daily sales reconciliation to month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Accounting: Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), daily sales reconciliation functions with high accuracy.
- Month-End Closing: Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations to ensure timely reporting.
- GST & Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in accordance with IRAS regulations
- Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documentation for year-end audits and tax queries.
- Participate in regular cash audits and inventory stocktakes at our retail outlets
What We're Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant working experience (Candidates with no relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organised, meticulous and able to work within deadlines
