• Assist in fee billing for undergraduate students
• Ensure prompt and accurate billing, perform fee verification and adjustment.
• Prepare refund/payment to students.
• Generate month-end report and reconciliation.
• Provide support to the disbursement of loans, bursary and financial aid scheme related.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
