Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis, prepare and manage financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and deliver actionable financial insights. Additional responsibilities include budget management, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and supporting corporate decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Analysis
• Excellent understanding of Financial Statements preparation and management
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to derive insights and guide strategic decisions
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance and financial principles
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
