Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Finance Director at RushOwl. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, developing budgets, advising leadership on financial strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and optimize the organization's fiscal performance. Additionally, the role will involve an active participation in the firm's fundraising, M&A efforts, and forming effective capital strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and managing complex financial systems
• Advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills to support financial decision-making
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Finance, including budgeting and cost control
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to guide financial teams and collaborate effectively
