Finance Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Director to join our team. This full-time role is located in jurong East, and will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our growing organisation. As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic objectives and ensuring financial compliance and reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing

• Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights to the leadership team

• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making

• Supervising and mentoring the finance team to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in managing and developing a finance team
