Perform field service activities, including disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement of parts, and reassembly of pumps, pump systems, and associated accessories.
To perform field service (customer site service) activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
Prepare project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conduct site inspections and oversee equipment installation and commissioning.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
3 years of project or service experience, preferably in industrial equipment projects.
Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
Advantage if there is knowledge in AutoCAD.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
