Job Summary
Lead and manage coldroom construction projects by planning, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of logistic and storage solutions to meet customers business needs
- Define project scopes and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Plan project schedules, timelines, expenses, resources, and budgets to align with project goals
- Deploy and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly
- Monitor project progress to maintain schedules, coordinate activities, and resolve issues promptly
- Address customer concerns by providing advice or solutions and involving internal teams as needed
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to support project success
- Analyze completed projects to identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives
- Share project outcomes and best practices within the team and company to enhance collective knowledge
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in a technical field
- Experience in logistic/storage and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software
