Job Summary
Monitor project progress and coordinate with teams to resolve engineering issues, ensuring timely document submission and successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily progress of project activities and prepare weekly status reports for each assignment
- Ensure timely submission of all project documents for client review and approval
- Coordinate with project personnel, procurement, and operations teams to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
- Provide comprehensive support to management as needed to facilitate project success
- Evaluate, organize, and prioritize workload to adhere to project schedules
- Identify and resolve engineering issues on-site by collaborating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions
- Prepare and report documentation for additional work requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to engineering projects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
