Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Service Technician to support machinery operations across the region. This role involves hands-on technical service, customer support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth equipment performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment at client sites.
- Execute planned shutdown maintenance at manufacturing or chemical facilities.
- Install CNC machines and conduct operational trials to ensure readiness and performance.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports, equipment registration, and record-keeping.
- Advise clients on proper machine operation and maintenance practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and service partners.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Prior experience in machinery servicing or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently across both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally for service assignments.
